After a
short delay, the forms are removed from the pool and preparation
is made for the bottom floor.

The
concrete for the shell of the swimming pool, including the
cantilevered outlook, is complete.

Reinforcement
steel is being used to build swimming pool wall forms.

Glouster
Pierre and his crew are back to work, and can be seen here working
with the cement for the base of our swimming pool.
12/28/00
After
much red tape and an excellent job by our attorneys Jay Isherwood
and Pat Welcome, we settled with CZM and paid a fine so we could
return to work.
9/27/00
The
U.S. Virgin Islands Coastal Zone Management (CZM) required us to
stop working due to a problem with our permits.
9/22/00
Rock
infill to storm water discharge trench commenced.
9/15/00
Formwork
for footings is being positioned.

Ground
is broken for the foundation and the sewage system.
