Phillip
will greet you at the airport, introduce you to the villa, act as your
concierge and assist you if you have any problems during your stay. To
assist you in setting up house, Phillip will take you to the grocery store
on your way from the airport to the villa if you desire. There is no extra
charge for this service.
Maid service is provided prior to your
visit, at the end of your stay and in the middle of each week. Additional
maid service is available at a cost of $10 per hour. The home will be
furnished including linens, towels, fully equipped kitchen and
washer/dryer.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION! TERMS OF RENTAL
AGREEMENT:
A $500 damage deposit is required. Damage
deposit is fully refundable 45 days after rental if there are no missing
items, damage to the property, or long distance phone charges.
A reservation Deposit (50% of the total) is
due seven (7) days from the day you reserve. The Villa will be held out of
the rental pool for (7) days from your reservation date. The property will
be considered available for booking if your deposit is not received within
the allotted amount of time. The balance is due 45 days prior to your
arrival. E-mail or call Dave to make a reservation and he will send you a
reservation form for you to sign and return with your deposit. We look
forward to having you as our guest at 2Dive4.
Cancellation Policy:.
- Off-Season - More
than 30 days notice, full refund less 10% rebooking fee. Less than 30
days but more than 16 days, 50% of the rental is forfeited. Less than
16 days, no refund.
- High-Season - No
refunds will be made for cancellations between December 15 and April
15 unless property can be re-rented for the same period. If a
rebooking occurs their will be a 10% rebooking fee.
- Changes -You may
change your dates with in the same season (low or high) based upon
availability. A $100. change fee will apply.
